“When Cartrefi Conwy became a housing association back in 2008, I was one of the first new recruits, moving over from a role with Conwy Council.

Before I started with the organisation, I’d never even heard of housing associations, let alone what it meant to be a part of one.

I can safely say that, in the last 10 years, no two days have been the same. We are always changing as an organisation and looking at new ways to do things and how we can do more to support our tenants.

Being a people person, I love my role at Cartrefi Conwy. I enjoy working so closely with customers, and finding new ways to improve people’s lives, then seeing the results.”
